Debra F. Bell 

Debra F. Bell is a licensed minister, motivational speaker, and owner of P3 Coaching & Consulting, where she works as a Professional Life and Career Coach. Currently Debra serves at The Church Without Walls as part of the leadership team for the Kerygma Ministry (Preachers Team). At TCWW she also facilitates classes for the Mosaic Women’s Ministry and Christian Education. Debra has worked in both the public and private sectors of the marketplace. 

Currently, she works as a health coach for Vera Whole Health at Baylor Medical Center. Previously, she served in Career Services and Academic Advising at Houston Baptist University. Debra’s primary work has been providing coaching services to professionals and executives in career transition; planning retreats for women and recently starting a Mentoring/Coaching Membership Group for Women Over 50 called PowHerFul Over 50. 

Her work experience includes serving on two local Church Staffs; The Church Without Walls (Ralph D. West Sr., Pastor) and Kainos Community Church (during the tenure of Pastors Yolande Herron-Palmore and Joe Palmore).

Debra has acquired a Bachelor of Science Degree, a Master of Divinity Degree, and a Master’s Degree in Management & Entrepreneurship. Debra is a Certified Resume Writer, and Certified Life Coach, Teacher, and Speaker through The John Maxwell Team. Debra has one daughter, Eakita Minor-Hobbs and two sons Quincy Minor-Scott and Philip K. Minor. And 3 Grandchildren.
