Tikila Adolph 

Mrs. Tikila Antoinette Adolph is unapologetically making history and is constantly proving that you can be transformed from misguided to enlightened. As a successful innovative entrepreneur, who has a heart of a servant, she knows the process of connections and positioning. Born in Michigan and raised in Spring, Texas by two middle class working parents; Tikila is the epitome of Philippians 4:13; meaning she continues to operate in the strength that only comes from Christ. Mrs. Adolph attended the University of Houston, majoring in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

She continued working in the hospitality industry and subsequently worked for several fast-food chains and restaurants in management positions. Her tenacity and standard of excellence warranted a promotion as Hotel Manager of a major hotel chain at the age of twenty- five.
After giving birth to her last set of children, Tikila and her husband chose to pursue a self- employed, entrepreneurial lifestyle. They commenced with childcare services where she became an in-home childcare provider and eventually the director and owner of the facility. Sometime later, this business was sold for a profit, confirming their entrepreneurial efforts and expertise.

As her ambitions evolved, Tikila’s main focus switched to the Real Estate Industry where she became a Mortgage Loan Officer, a Real Estate Agent and ultimately received her Real Estate Broker’s License. Throughout the years, Mrs. Adolph has been a Motivational Speaker, a Fitness Expert, and Christian Counselor.

Today, she continues to practice Real Estate with her husband and a team of outstanding Realtors established as The Adolph Group. She is a Health and Wellness Coach empowering others to know that health is your wealth. Along with her husband, she continues to educate others on entrepreneurship with your spouse and achieve success in “couplepreneurship.” She currently owns a television network: RES TV Network and is the Executive Producer of two television talk shows: Reality Check With The Adolphs and Bring On The Day! As a Christian Ordained Minister, she has been able to apply the practicality of The Word to everyday life; specifically in marriage and family. Tikila owes all of her success to God, the support of her husband, Willie Adolph, and a few selected friends and family.

Mrs. Tikila Adolph lives in Houston, Texas with her husband of over 20 years and her two fur babies: Dash and Princess. Tikila believes that it takes more than just hard work to achieve your destiny. In essence, to manifest that pre-destined Boss Lady position, it takes a full restoration of your whole soul.
